A gentle, progressive Pilates class designed to build strength, improve posture, and support joint health. This is a supportive space where women can move at their own pace and enjoy being part of a like-minded community.

Pilates in Pregnancy
Tuesdays, 7:00–8:00 pm
A class designed to accompany you through pregnancy. Pilates can help ease common discomforts such as thoracic stiffness, lower back pain, and pelvic girdle pain, while building strength and body awareness. It’s also a lovely opportunity to connect with other women on a shared journey into motherhood.

Vinyasa Yoga – Joyful Flow
Thursdays, 7:00–8:00 pm
Expect a balance of gentle strength, mindful movement, and moments of stillness—helping you unwind, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself at the end of the day. This class is open to beginner and intermediate practitioners.

About
Marie is a Yoga and Pilates teacher with a passion for supporting women to feel strong and move with joy. With over 10 years of coaching experience, she is known for creating welcoming spaces where women feel seen.
Alongside her teaching, Marie is currently completing a PhD in Women’s Health Psychology, which informs her holistic approach.
Her classes are inclusive and down-to-earth—open to women of all backgrounds and experience levels. There is no pressure to know the movements or have the “right” equipment. The focus is on building strength, improving wellbeing, and feeling joyful. Marie pays close attention to technique and always offers adaptations to suit individual needs.
