I’m a movement and health coach with over 10 years experience.

For mothers to be who would like to strengthen their:

  • Posture

  • Pelvic Floor Health

  • Core Strength

Expect a mix of:

  • Personalised coaching that meets you where you are

  • Flows to improve flexibility and clam the nervous system

  • Functional movement & posture work, to build strength and control

  • A warm and inclusive space

 

About

I was born and raised in Berlin and fell in love with an English man and the Cornish landscape. I’m a new mum, and a nature lover.
I started out teaching dance as a teenager and later explored circus arts while travelling through Central America. During my Biology studies in Berlin, I fell in love with Yoga & Pilates. What began as a personal practice soon became a calling, and I started teaching private sessions before expanding into group classes.

For many years, I led one of Berlin’s biggest AcroYoga classes and taught at various international festivals.

Over time, I felt the need to go deeper, which led me to study Psychology & Health Coaching.
