Therapy Session Booking and Cancellation Policy

To ensure that therapists can accommodate all of their patients, please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. 

Kindly understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, the therapist misses the opportunity to fill that slot and patients on their waiting list miss the opportunity to be treated. 

Appointments that are cancelled within less than 24 hours, including no shows, will be subject to full fee.

Practitoners fully understand that emergencies can arise.  If something unexpected does arise, kindly contact your health practicioner as early as possible in order to work together to find a solution.
